At Makari, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury skincare products. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your receipt until the return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement products within 7-10 business days.
